Pink shirt day……. tomorrow!!!!

Students and staff are reminded to wear pink tomorrow, November 19. Wearing pink symbolizes our commitment to stand up to bullying and not accept bullying behaviour at our school. We hope to have a sea of pink at our character assembly tomorrow!    

Kids on the Block

Last Tuesday our students enjoyed a presentation from “Kids on the Block”. The students learned about people’s differences (both differences that are visible and non-visible) and received a great message about inclusivity and respect. Thanks to the staff that organized this presentation!

The Elizabeth Ziegler school community collected 1 600 POUNDS of food for the food bank during our Halloween for Hunger food drive!!! A special thanks to the Union of Youth for organizing such a fantastic initiative, and thanks to the entire Elizabeth Ziegler school community for their generosity. What a great example of kindness!
