Recently we have had a number of reports of people being on school property with dogs running off of leashes. We have extended day programs running both before and after school, so between 7 am and 6 pm our yard is well used by our students. Some children are afraid of dogs, so in order for everyone to feel safe and be safe, dogs MUST be on a leash. In addition, we are seeing an increase of dog feces on our playground. Again, this is not acceptable, and if you are on school property with your dog, the expectation is that you are responsible for cleaning up.
